Using the Blackorchid website the user gives his consent to the following terms and conditions. If he does not agree, then he must not use the site.

PRODUCTS

blackorchid has the obligation and tries to be as accurate as possible in the characteristics of the products that appear in the online store. The products can be differentiated depending on the season and their availability.

Every order is always accompanied by excellent quality flowers. Orders are always placed based on your initial choice. Products may be modified due to the unavailability or seasonality of flowers and are always replaced with corresponding or similar flowers. Every change made is in favor of your order and never alters the overall result of the original selection. In case the flowers you have initially selected are not available, we will contact you, proposing you the best available options.

Respecting your taste and your final choices, the products presented in the photos in the online store (blackorchid) are the ones we have in our physical store.

We renew our products daily. If any product you want is not in our online store, let us know and we will make sure to find it for you.

All products presented on blackorchid and available for sale are photographed in our store. The photos of the site’s products are the intellectual property of blackorchid and are protected by Cypriot and European legislation.

The storage, copying, and republishing of photographs or texts is permitted, provided that the source is stated, and that intellectual property rights are not infringed. It is forbidden to modify, alter, edit, delete the logo, or make additions to it without our prior written consent.

In their entirety, flower arrangements and bouquets are created after your order is placed. So reasonably, it takes a while for the florist to create the product you have chosen. The manufacturing time of the products may vary.

Blackorchid reserves the right to change product descriptions and prices without prior notice.

SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS

On major Name Days and special days (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Women’s Day) for the fast and early arrival of your orders, it is best to give 2-4 days in advance.

  • For your order to be sent on the same day, it must have been registered in our system by 7:30 p.m.
  • Orders placed after 7:30 pm, are sent the next day in consultation with the recipient.
  • com delivers from 08:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Deliveries before 08:30 a.m. or after 7:30 pm, they require a telephone call from you to confirm if delivery is possible. If there is no telephone call and you have registered your order normally, it will be delivered on the scheduled date after we have reached an agreement with the recipient. The same applies to deliveries up to a specific time

  • Before delivery, we always contact the recipient with a telephone call to confirm his details.

If you do not want us to contact the recipient and wish to execute your order directly, we take no responsibility in case the recipient is absent. The order is returned to the store, we inform you by phone and it is scheduled for a second delivery in consultation with the recipient. In this case, you will be charged with the amount of 5 € for the re-shipment of your order.

 

DELIVERY WITHOUT COMMUNICATION WITH THE RECEIVER

To execute your order directly (without telephone confirmation with the recipient) we do not take any responsibility in case of absence or incorrect information.

URGENT DELIVERY

If you place your order after 7:30 p.m. and you wish it to be delivered by 10:00 pm, call us to let you know if delivery is possible. If there is no telephone call or update, your order will be delivered the next day in consultation with the recipient. The same applies if you place your order after 7:30 p.m. and you want delivery the next morning (eg until 08:30 am or generally until a specific time in the morning).

DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT (at a specific time)

If you know that the recipient is at the address you stated to us and for a specific time, you should inform us by phone so that we can notify you if delivery is possible.

RECIPIENT SIGNATURE

If you want us, we can get a signature from the recipient when the delivery arrives and you are given the opportunity of confirmation while it also remains in our archive for some time.

In case the recipient does not wish to receive your gift, there is a possibility that the amount will be credited to your next possible order.

Order Delay

  • If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you, in a short time, via email or phone to inform you of the reasons for the delay and the expected delivery time.

The cases in which we may not be able to deliver your product on time and within the period you requested are:

In case of emergencies in the city, periods of extreme weather events as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the delivery of your order. In this case, you can request a change of order or even a cancellation and a refund.

Order Products

The process of your order is very simple, and you can do it in 3 ways:

In each product you choose, you will be asked to fill in the necessary details of the recipient (Name-Surname-Address-Phone) and the text for the greeting card that you want to accompany your order.

You must fill in the recipient’s details correctly so that we can deliver your order on time. In case the order cannot be sent due to an error in the shipping details you have given us, the customer is the only one responsible.

By following the steps indicated you will complete your purchases immediately.

The page where the transaction takes place and you give the details of the credit card, is a special page insured, of the bank we work with. The number of your credit, debit, and prepaid cards is not stored in our system for any reason. The details of the credit, debit, and prepaid cards are given directly to the bank that manages the transactions or PayPal, they are not disclosed to us and therefore are not stored in our files, except for the confirmation that the payment was made for the specific order.
